The FTC does not ban AI in marketing. It bans deception. If AI generates your ad creative, testimonials or claims, you must not mislead consumers.
Disclose synthetic endorsements, avoid fake reviews, and keep any AI-generated statistics accurate. A short disclosure on AI creative is cheap insurance.
Treat AI like any other tool: the responsibility for what you publish stays with you.
